Nio is described as “a refreshing walk through the southern Italian countryside,” and they couldn’t be more right. We imagine strolling down a shaded, cypress-lined path in the height of summer, just before sunset. It’s that special time between day and night, a time the French refer to as the blue hour. Nio opens with a mouth-watering blend of rich orange blossom and Calabrian bergamot before delving into its green, resinous heart.
