Exchange and Return Policy

Return Policy:

Replacement Policy:

We apologize for not being able to exchange any sold product except for the cases mentioned in the following paragraph: perfumes and similar products related to human health and safety, which are among the exceptions mentioned by the Ministry of Commerce in the Consumer Rights Guide.

In case of a manufacturing defect, the product will be replaced within one day only from the date of receipt.
